1. General Policy

All payments made for subscriptions, usage fees, or other charges related to the Service are non-refundable. By completing a payment, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law.

2. Subscription Renewals

  • All subscription plans are billed in advance.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

  • Failure to cancel before the renewal date will result in the charge for the next billing cycle, which will not be refunded.

3. Service Availability

  • The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

  • Temporary downtime, interruptions, or limited functionality do not constitute grounds for a refund.

4. Exceptional Refunds (Where Legally Required)

Refunds may be provided only if required by applicable consumer protection laws.

  • In such cases, the maximum refund will be limited to the amount paid for the most recent billing cycle.

  • Any refund request must be submitted in writing to our support email within 14 calendar days of the original payment date.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team will be considered a breach of Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in such cases.
