1. General Policy
All payments made for subscriptions, usage fees, or other charges related to the Service are non-refundable. By completing a payment, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law.
2. Subscription Renewals
All subscription plans are billed in advance.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
Failure to cancel before the renewal date will result in the charge for the next billing cycle, which will not be refunded.
3. Service Availability
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
Temporary downtime, interruptions, or limited functionality do not constitute grounds for a refund.
4. Exceptional Refunds (Where Legally Required)
Refunds may be provided only if required by applicable consumer protection laws.
In such cases, the maximum refund will be limited to the amount paid for the most recent billing cycle.
Any refund request must be submitted in writing to our support email within 14 calendar days of the original payment date.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team will be considered a breach of Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in such cases.
